Validates the checking of runtypes.

Parameters
- subject: any
  
  variable to check
- type: Runtype<unknown>
  
  runtype to validate against
Returns boolean
boolean based on match

verifyKeyPairs

verifyKeyPairs(pubKeyObj: { alg: "ES384"; crv: "P-384"; kid: string; kty: "EC"; x: string; y: string }, privKeyObj: { alg: "ES384"; crv: "P-384"; kid: string; kty: "EC"; x: string; y: string } & { d: string }): Promise<boolean>

Check whether a pair of keys constitute a valid pair and if they can sign content

Parameters
- pubKeyObj: { alg: "ES384"; crv: "P-384"; kid: string; kty: "EC"; x: string; y: string }
  
  Public Key represented as a JWK object
